Our menus change with the seasons and we have a broad menu offer to suit a variety of events. Bespoke menus can be created for special events.

The Montana Difference always starts with real cooking and contemporary, great taste. This is created by our internationally experienced chefs, in state-of-the-art kitchens, using locally sourced ingredients, made by our team.
Our state-of-the-art integrated food preparation and delivery system includes huge blast freezers for storing food and “combi” ovens which allow food to be cooked in several different cooking styles – steam, dry heat or fan forced.
Because our kitchens are so sophisticated, it means the food we serve is as well. Our meals are prepared from a range of fresh produce, cooked using top-of-the-range production facilities and delivered to your table within minutes of leaving the stovetop.

While all foods have a place in the diet, the food landscape is changing, and we are listening. Our in-house dietitians provide a critical nutrition lens across our business activities, looking for opportunities to improve our offerings and stay on the pulse with the latest food and health trends. We cater for a number of special dietary requirements and take allergen management seriously, with regular staff training, creative menu development and a clinical eye to keep us on track during food production.

Making sure our food is safe and suitable is our number one priority. Every Montana kitchen follows a tightly regulated Food Control Plan, which is registered with the Ministry for Primary Industries. We have two dedicated Nutrition and Food Quality Managers who oversee the Food Control Plan across our business and conduct detailed monthly audits across each site. In addition, our kitchens undergo a regular external verification process to ensure we are meeting the requirements of the food act.
