FAQ’S

  • You are welcome to complete and submit the online order form or download and complete our PDF Menu order form found at the top of this page, then attach it to an email addressed to info@montanafoodandevents.co.nz or phone 07 958 5900. Our team are in the office Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm and can respond to your enquiries. 

  • We will deliver within a 15kms radius of the Hamilton CBD at no additional cost, a per km fee will be charged for additional travel outside the 15km zone. We will deliver within Cambridge for a flat fee of $25. Your coordinator can confirm delivery costs upon order confirmation. Our regular delivery hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm. Delivery outside of these hours, can be arranged. Please note we do not allow pick ups.

  • We require all orders to be confirmed 72 hours prior to delivery. 

  • Yes, we have a minimum spend of $140 including GST. 

  • The key pieces of information we require are date, delivery time, delivery location, quantity of catering boxes and contact details. The more information the better! 

  • Our food is delivered in disposable boxes ready to be served direct to the table. Hot food is delivered hot.  

  • Cutlery and serviettes are included in each order. Compostable plates and/or bowls can be added for an additional $5 per 10 pack.

  • All new clients are required to fill in a 'New Client Form' and prepay via credit card for their first order. Once client details are on file and the first order has been completed, we are happy to invoice after the delivery moving forward. All existing clients will be invoiced post delivery.

  • Cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery time will incur a 100% charge of the arrangements to date. 

  • Yes, we do, there is a wide selection of menu items that are made without gluten, made without dairy and suit vegetarian and vegan requirements. Please choose your menu according to your dietary requirements. If your dietary requirements are more specialised, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, egg, soy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, sulphites and lupin and may contain traces of allergen residues.
